Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the DAWNS platform and any chauffeur services dispatched through it.

1. The agreement

By creating an account, requesting a booking, or signing a corporate or embassy service order, you agree to these terms. IBROZini DAWNS Mobility may amend them from time to time; material changes are notified by email.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to open an account. Corporate and embassy accounts must be opened by an authorised signatory.

3. Bookings

A booking is confirmed when DAWNS issues a reference number and assigns a chauffeur. We reserve the right to decline or reassign bookings to protect the safety of guests and chauffeurs.

4. Pricing & payment

Rates are published on the Pricing page and may be customised for corporate and embassy accounts. Payment is due at booking for retail rides and on net-30 invoice for accounts. Overdue invoices accrue interest at the prevailing CBN MPR + 2%.

5. Cancellations

Cancellations more than four hours before pickup are complimentary. Cancellations within four hours are charged at one billable hour. Account clients are governed by their bespoke SLA.

6. Conduct

Guests must not damage vehicles, smoke in cabins, or transport unlawful goods. Damage and deep-cleaning costs may be recovered.

7. Liability

DAWNS maintains comprehensive motor and passenger-liability insurance on every vehicle in its dispatch pool. Our liability for any single ride is capped at the insured limits for that vehicle.

8. Confidentiality

Our chauffeurs and dispatchers are bound by NDAs. We do not disclose passenger identity, itinerary or conversation except where compelled by Nigerian law.

9. Force majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including civil unrest, fuel shortages, weather emergencies and regulatory road closures.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of Lagos State.
